Dr. Sheena Balakrishnan has 18 years of post-fellowship experience in Ophthalmology. She has worked as a Senior Consultant in Ophthalmology in India and last four years as a Specialist in Ophthalmology in Abu Dhabi. Her specialization is phacoemulsification, small incision cataract surgery, LASIK, LASEK, PRK, implantable Collamer lens (ICL), refractive and surgical management of keratoconus, medical retina, including management of diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, central serous, chorioretinopathy, etc. Her special interest is in ocular surface disorders, including the management of dry eye syndrome.
