Biography

Dr. Mohammad Zulfikar graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2004, and in 2017 he received his Postgraduate Diploma and Membership from the Faculty of Dental Surgery, The Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK. He has a Certificate in Dental Implants from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry AAID Maxi Course (USA). Dr. Mohammad Zulfikar has worked in leading quality-driven JCI-accredited healthcare delivery hospitals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for over 14 years. Dr. Mohammad Zulfikar worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Orthodontics at Yenopoya Dental College in Mangalore during his early clinical years before moving to the UAE. Dr. Mohammad Zulfikar has a wealth of experience in treating all general dentistry cases and has a special interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, treating routine and challenging restorative cases such as composite restorations (fillings) of diseased carious teeth, ceramic crowns, ceramic laminates (veneers), composite veneers, bleaching of teeth (office and home bleaching systems), ceramic inlays and Onlays, post-core crown restoration he handles routine pediatric cases in the age range of 5 to 12 years, including pediatric fillings, pulp therapies, pit fissure sealants, fluoride therapy, and deciduous tooth extractions. He provides a wide range of oral surgical procedures related to teeth, including simple extractions, removal or exposure of impacted teeth, periradicular surgeries (apicectomies), and dental rehabilitation through the placement of dental implants and necessary prior bone augmentations.
